The bell will be activated by beacons, bluetooh antennas, positioned in the area by the municipality, each specialized to activate a particular multimedia message. When a mobile device (smartphone, tablet ...) will cross the bell, the app will present the multimedia content (text, images, videos, audio) according to the visitor's position.
Nauta will catch the notifications of the Beacons even if the app. The reception of messages is not open or if it is deactivated, for privacy reasons, referring the consultation later.
