It is trying to convey a message and draw your attention to something in your life that needs to be addressed. Therefore, if you have the most basic understanding of how the body works and what your organs do, you can often readily parallel that to a metaphysical explanation of your pain and symptom, and often arrive at a possible cause of your problem. Stress, tiredness and no energy are symptoms of other issues in your life needing change. A sore foot isn’t the result of standing too long, new shoes or hard floors, it is bringing a message. When a disease or symptom has been in the family for generations, I have to ask what exactly has been passed down - what is genetic and what is inherited? While each species has a genetic code, that code is influenced by environmental factors. If thought creates, then could the environmental factor affecting the human genes be beliefs, thoughts and behavioural patterns (which are the forerunners to anything that is manifested). Energy and matter are interchangeable. Therefore, if you do not heed the message when it comes in the form of energy, it could change form to matter (mass) to have a greater impact. Tumours can bring a sense of urgency for someone to re-assess their life. What is a tumour? As I think, it is a group of cells that have lost their sense of identity. They are growing in an inappropriate place.

I have designed my own charts; one for each body system. The whole body, not just the physical reflexes, are mapped on your feet. Therefore, if the physical liver reflex is tender, it does not necessarily mean there is a liver problem, it could be drawing attention to the emotions of the liver, anger and resentment. Also, understanding where the chakras sit on the foot will draw your attention to the relevant life issues, which could be the beginning of understanding the possible cause of your problem.
